Our Internet Banking puts modern banking technology at your fingertips. Please follow these helpful tips to get you off and running! NOTE: American Savings Bank (ASB) merged with Readlyn Savings Bank (RSB) on December 3, 2021. ASB is now a branch of RSB. The trade name, American Savings Bank will be retained by the Tripoli location. This will help avoid customer confusion and geographically distinguish the Tripoli from the Readlyn location. If you are an “ASB customer” please click here for more info on re-enrolling for internet banking and “WELCOME TO RSB.”

5 Steps & Tips

  1. At the right side of the Home Page click Enroll Now in the Online Banking box. (TIP: Get to Home Page by clicking on the bank logo top left side of banner.)
  2. ENTER INORMATION:
    Access ID (8-12 characters)
    Password (8-12 characters – must include at least one letter & one number)
    Confirm Password
    Account Number (ie. Checking, Savings) no dashes, no spaces
    SSN (again, NO DASHES or SPACES, please.)
    Press CONTINUE button
  3. Accept terms & conditions; Press ACCEPT button
  4. "Challenge Questions" – answer 5 of the 20. Press CONTINUE
    (TIP: one-word, lowercase answers work best!)
    Answer: “Remember Computer?” This helps avoid “Challenge Questions”
    YES = skip questions (trusted device); NO = questions asked (public device)
  5. Enter User INFO: Name, Address, DOB, PW challenge Question/Answer & ACCEPT/Continue

Then you will be brought to your accounts on-line.
You will not have to “Enroll” again. In fact, DO NOT RE-ENROLL AGAIN.
Please call the bank if you are locked out or cannot remember something: Username, Password, or Challenge Questions. We are here to help 😊 We can help you get back logged on so you can reset your password.

TIPS & INFORMATION FOR INTERNET & MOBILE BANKING:

MOBILE APPS UPDATE:

Periodically, you will be prompted to delete your old Mobile App and reinstall a new update. Again, please let us know if you need any help.

FONT TOO SMALL?:

Go to My Profile > Personal Preferences > Please Select A Font Size A A A > Submit
You can also hit Control and + (plus sign) to make font bigger, or Control and – (minus sign for smaller), and Control and 0 (zero for back to original size).
