Your neighborhood bank for over 100 years and 100 more...
Readlyn Savings Bank (RSB) merged with American Savings Bank (ASB)
on December 3, 2021. ASB is now officially a location of RSB, a long-time
closely affiliated “sister bank.” The trade name of the Tripoli location,
“American Saving Bank” has been retained to avoid customer confusion and
geographically distinguish the Tripoli location from the Readlyn location.

For over 100 years the two bank locations have proudly served
the Readlyn-Tripoli community. Through two World Wars, The Great
Depression, the Farm Crisis, and Covid-19 these local institutions
have stood the test of time. Now as a single unified local bank,
with two locations, we are stronger than ever and well-positioned
to serve our great community for another 100 years, come what may.
Following is a brief timeline of each bank location’s history.
